ATS is starting the New Year with a bang in international motorsport. The well-established wheel manufacturer from Bad Dürkheim, Germany is now an “Official Supplier” to the FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC).
When the new season of the World Touring Car Championship begins in Brazil on the 5th March, ATS will be there too as an “Official Supplier” to the world’s premier touring car series. As “Official Supplier”, ATS has concluded a long-term contract with the World Championship organisers and is even challenging for the Championship title together with Chevrolet’s strong factory team.

ATS presenting itself at Essen Motorshow
At this year’s Essen Motor Show, ATS will be presenting itself as an old-established, but
above all forward-looking manufacturer of lightweight metal wheels.
Painted in sterling silver and supplied with a 5-year guarantee, another
world’s first was introduced by ATS and celebrated at the Essen Motor Show
Premiere: the new CHAMPION alloy wheel.
At this year’s Essen Motor Show, ATS presents an absolute world’s first with its RACELIGHT alloy wheel, which, even on first glance, looks like
it deserves its name.
The RACELIGHT alloy wheel from ATS is worthy of its name by way of a special
production technique which ensures both low weight and high stability – Flowforming.
It’s a complicated technique which is also used in the manufacture of
racing wheels.
